Since they have a "T" shape on the ground, it would seem to infer an area to park your car in, but it doesn't actually mean anything if you can be inside the white lines and get a ticket, so what's to stop someone from parking withing 12" of the curb, but in the middle of one of those markers? :P I’m interested in knowing if there’s anything written about those white lines legally defining where you should park.
